We believe it is possible to understand a great deal about the future through focused research and thinking. The research must combine persistent curiosity, radical openness, intuition, analysis, knowledge, and inventiveness. The resulting insights can be applied to all aspects of an organization, but particularly to strategy and innovation. While it can be outsourced, this future learning capability is best acquired and integrated as an ongoing core activity.
